Fleur de Sel Piment d'Espelette

Origin: blended in Tinteniac, Brittany, France (30g)
This blend of fleur de sel from Guérande in Brittany and Espelette pepper from the western part of the Basque Country provides a lively and distinctive mix.  
Perfect as a table condiment, this salt and pepper blend is equally at home with meats and fish, with raw or cooked foods.  Why not combine this mixture with cocoa powder to enhance foie gras or a chocolate tart.
