Voatsiperifery is a rare, wild pepper that is picked by hand.  Its taste is delicately spicy, rich and intense with a forest scent.  It makes a perfect accompaniment to mushrooms and meats in general and works well with Cardamom in sweet salty dishes, citrus chutneys or poached pears.
