Cinnamon Powder is the ground inner bark of a tropical small evergreen tree. The warm and flagrant flavours of ground Cinnamon is most commonly used in baking and desserts – and in particular apple pie/crumble and rice pudding. It can be mixed with other ground spices to create different blends and is a key ingredient of Garam Masala. It is also be found in Asian cooking where it is used as a seasoning for meat, fish, curries and rice.
