Delicate, moist and crunchy, Fleur de Sel is known as “the caviar of salts”and is widely regarded as one of the best finishing salts in the world. It is the fruit of sea water and wind collected by hand in the salt marshes of Guérande in Brittany. This salt can be added to everything – from steamed vegetables and salads to grilled fish and quiches, to salted caramels and chocolate confections. Alternatively use a pinch as a finishing salt to top dishes before they get to the table.
