Ras el Hanout is a rich blend of classic spices used in Moroccan cuisine.  This unique blend consists of Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Rosemary, Fennel, Nigella, Mace, Cardamom, Ginger and Fenugreek.  It is a common ingredient of tagines, couscous and falafels; however why not add a pinch to vinaigrette, mayonnaise or a white sauce to add depth and flavour.
