Smoked Paprika comes from the La Vera region in Western Spain. It is made from ripe Pimento Peppers that have been slowly dried and smoked over a wood fire before being ground into a fine powder. This particular drying method gives it its delicate smoked taste. It is used in Spanish cooking and is a key ingredient in Spanish sausages. Use Smoked Paprika to add flavour to chicken, veal, pork, barbecued meats and roasted potatoes.
